About this Artist

Editorial Reviews

Judy Collins has always been a wonderfully nuanced interpreter of art and folk songs, and this 20-track collection finds her tackling both, from the traditional "Barbara Allen" to the theme from Evita, "Don't Cry for Me Argentina," and making it all seem cut from the same graceful and elegant cloth. There's nothing either definitive or revelatory here, but the sequence flows well and features some gorgeous string arrangements. Collins' many fans will no doubt find it well worth their time.
